

**Started 2024 with a big walk to the park** 🐾 My January goal is to move my body more. A simple and accessible way of doing that is long doggy walks so I wrapped up warm, turned on a podcast & trekked through puddles trying to hit 5k steps. As opposed to setting goals for the year I’ve decided to go month to month to make it seem more manageable.
