Conditioning to finish off the strength training. I normally always end my weight lifting days with some conditioning. My S&C days are not meant to over work me because I also have other training sessions throughout the week and sometimes a few hours after s&c. I always hated going to S&C before practices , when the coach would freaken kill us. Literally nothing left for solid technical training, focus all gone because your brain is zapped... it's just not practical.
