I’m always a little bummed on November 1st, because it will be a whole year until Halloween again, I’m not very into the remaining holidays of the year, and the shortening of daylight messes with my mental health a bit.
This year one of my efforts towards bringing light into this time will be hosting a Friendsgiving for my friends for the first time. 🦃
(And I’ll have a proper thanksgiving with my family too, as I always do)
Does anyone else find they need to work harder to keep themselves happy during this time of year?
