

Waking up to sore abs and it feels so good! Yay for getting back into working out! 🥳 As a lot of you know, I’ve had some health stumbles in the last year- a theme in my life and something I always have, and likely always will, battle. Every time my health health flares, fitness is the first thing I have to drop. It’s so hard to get back into it after a big break, but it feels so good when I do, and is a marker for me of doing better overall. Giving myself big ole hugs today 🥰
