Added 2022-11-02 23:32:06 +0000 UTCFor those of you following my reflux flare: I’m fiinnnally starting to see some relief from my meds (for my refluxers: I’m back on a PPI after 3 years without one). I’m still having to sleep at a damn near 90 degree angle, but I can actually sleep now, and that’s saying a lot ❤️ Sleep deprivation from reflux had been kicking my ass. I really hadn’t realized how insane it had been making me feel until I actually got some sleep. I still have a long way to go to get back to a more manageable state. My scope will be in a few weeks. Thank you for being here for me through it ❤️
