I worked very hard to convince myself that I was happy living in my 150 ft.² home, and that because I had beautiful scenery outside of my home, how small the inside was didn’t matter so much. It wasn’t until I moved out and into more space that I could fully realize how insanely horrible living in such a tiny space had been for my mental health. ***This is an unpopular opinion, and I know it, but I’m gonna share it anyway:*** We glamorize TinyHouse living to make ourselves feel better about the fact that it is insanely hard for the millennial generation to buy actual houses (especially in more expensive areas). **TinyHouse living is just trailer living with a bow on it** 🎀 *Most* people cannot thrive an environment so small.
