


Throwback…. Saturday? These are my inspo for the to get on the mat and workout today. A couple months back, I had a scary month long migraine attack. (Yes, I’m OK. Thank you. These are part of my life, though I work very hard to prevent them) Ever since, I’ve had such a hard time getting back in the groove of working out, even though I’m doing so much better now. It’s just so hard to get back in the routine, ya know?
