Some of you all have been around supporting me since I started in 2014-15 and have watched the transition. Many of you all also know I am not an industry favorite because of how I move independently producing Black on Black Productions and keep to myself. I never considered I deserved anything from the industry, not an award, not recognition literally nothing at all. So I know for a fact the support & votes from those that actually took action cut through all the Red Tape. The winning of the award isn't about me, that award is from the people supporting. Those took time to Vote and felt strongly about wanting me to represent what they like and who they like. With that being said I want to congratulate you all, because you all that voted brought that award home. I sincerely thank each and every one of you all that made this happen. Love from MiMi
