



Good morning boys! Today is the first day I feel well enough to train again, which I am so happy about! So good to get a sweat on. Don’t you just wanna lick it off me?! I assume that a lot of you are housebound now, unable to get to a gym etc. I thought I would share the workout I created and did today. You will need a dumbbell for this workout. I only used a 5kg one today because I haven’t trained for three weeks. If you don’t understand any of the movements shoot me a DM and I will explains. In the coming days / weeks I am thinking about filming my workouts for you, so you can 1. Do them at home too, and 2. Perv on me working out. What do you think?
