I encourage connecting to your body hair for more than just the grooming and innate obligations to social expectations, but for how it makes you feel. I used to cringe so bad seeing ANY hair grow down there, and looking back I’m so glad I’ve overcome that mindset because it wasn’t MY OWN MINDSET. It was the engrained thoughts society within the country I live in wanted me to have about MY body and MY hair, and that’s wild! (no pun intended) 😁🦁
Now, having a connection to my hair, in all forms of it, or lack of it… it has created an empowering shift in my overall energy
Yes, truly! It has!
