I’m in a weird pendulum of feeling calm and uneasy. I feel fine and then I feel stressed. So when I feel like this I need to move. I went for two walks today and did some free movements in the evening. I will go to sleep with peace in my spirit, I hope you do too. 😘
I also hope you’re comfortable with me sharing these posts during this time I’ve shared I’m going through.
