This was so fun ! Well... filming a different side of me for you to see was fun, but as you can see from the video, I AM TIGHT! Oh my gosh, taking a month off of all physical activity was the worst idea ever. I have been healing from runner’s knee and with last month also having been a very stressful month for me, my emotions were just, not driven to tend to my body in the proper ways I should have been.
So, back at the stretching I go! I would love to continue documenting moments like this, as this place is also a place where I can see the many changes my body goes through, almost like a diary. How cute. And personal 😌 so I hope that even though this isn’t as sexy as my other content is, you’ll still enjoy it!
