I know the majority of you here, my lovely admirers, are men, but that doesn’t mean you can’t tend to yourself and your being.
Go for a walk, eat your veggies, release your semen, if with a partner safely and responsibly, or if to my content, with high vibrations and adorning energy, stress less and stretch more! You men keep your tension in your shoulders, hips and thighs. Do some stretches, you’ll be glad you did.
