I’m heading down to Georgia to pack up my storage unit, where I placed all of my belongings from my beautiful 18th floor, one bedroom apartment in a hurried rush at the height of the pandemic. I left north with just my plants and two suitcases. Some of you know all the rest that ensued. It was an emotional time. I haven’t seen any of it in over a year. My furniture. My clothes. My cameras. My art. I know it will be an emotional week and I will be holding space for that as I pack up my life and give most of it away. This will be a week of long days and lots of takeout. So if any of you want to take care of coffee or dinner this week, I won’t say no! I will be posting and answering messages, but a little less than usual. Each night, I’ll catch up while I relax at the pool. This is the one of the final steps to close a serious learning chapter in my life. What a bittersweet relief.
