

I fasted for two days and almost left this world during my meditation 😭 For those of you who are curious meditating takes time, practice and patience. It allows all of your bodily systems to take a break along with your mind and soul. I usually like to light different colored candles to call in specific things. I like to burn some sage and weed to clear all negative energy cords around me and help me elevate to my highest self. My favorite posting to meditate in is laying down flat on my back. Once i begin meditating I like to focus on my breathing and the things I hear around me. I try to remain as present as I can and avoid thoughts about school or things I have to do. I don’t like to beat myself up over losing my train of thought I simply reset it and focus on staying present. I breath for certain parts of my body or chakras and allow my body to take what it needs. A nice stretch before helps loosen up any tension in your body and allows you to meditate a little more comfortably. ♥️ #happyselflove
