For me, I like to do yoga in the mornings to cheer up and get in the mood for the new day, and I prefer to do more active sports like gym, mixed martial arts and swimming pool in the evenings 😜

I start each morning by planning my tasks for the day. I use 10 minutes to meditate or warm up to energise and feel good about the day. It helps keep me focused and productive throughout the day!
And be sure not to forget breakfast ❤️
