I’ve been spending time organising my photos on my computer. What I’ve noticed is the amount of weight I’ve put on since prison and I’ve got mixed feelings about it. I’m going to stick my nose into some nutrition books tonight. Unfortunately with my knee I can’t do any exercise except gentle walks. I eat healthily but there is so much to weight gain/loss such as hormones, stress, environment and genetics. I wouldn’t mind shifting a few pounds but also it’ll be nice to spend some time learning about the body.
