Good evening my lovely lot, I've done a lot of traveling today. I think today has been more hectic than Xmas itself. Tommorow I'm going to have a day of organisation. Starting with a trip to the salon, to get myself dolled up .I will then re-stock the fridge and do some cleaning (even porn stars have to do housework unfortunately.) On Wednesday I'll be shooting my last customs for the year and I may even slot in a bit of sexting in the evening . On Thursday I'm looking forward to shooting my red lingerie campaign video. Earlier on in the year I had a bit of a relapse with my anxiety, something I've struggled with for years. You guys were amazing and helped me pull through it. I know a lot of my fans over here suffer from depression and anxiety and other mental health issues, and I also know that Xmas can be a bad time for people who suffer from mental health conditions. The best advice I can give you, and what works for me is to "accept". I spent far too long looking for a miracle cure, and when I accepted and realised there wasn't one, it became easier to control and manage. It really is okay to not be okay. Don't expect too much from yourself, the worst thing you can do is put pressure on yourself. You are enough, and you will be okay. Look after yourself, be kind to yourself, and if you have a bad day, that's okay too. Because trust me, there will be lots of good days too. Talk to people, make sure your voice is heard, because you are important, your health is important. Accept yourself and love yourself. Xxxxx
