I'm considering camping tonight, but I feel like I should probably stay home and rest. I think I'll stay home and rest, and then maybe go camping tomorrow instead.
Today's back and core exercises, followed by a quick stretch and a couple of tough segments of a cardio workout. I modify the core exercises to keep from straining my lower back.
Where are all the guys and gals who like watching my workouts?🙋♂️🙋♀️
