Had my first follow-up appointment today and my doctor says my breasts are looking great! (They’re still high and hard). I can now start massaging them and will start wearing a band six hours a day to help push the implants down into position. All these things you didn’t know about implants!😄
I’ve loved being able to relax and hang out with my friends this weekend. I fly back home tomorrow morning and I can’t wait to see my kiddos😍

Yesterday was a great day. Felt good, didn’t have pain, just tightness in my chest, slept A LOT, and watched some TV (which I hardly ever do!).
But then came evening, and the pain began returning😅 so I took my pain meds and was able to get some solid sleep. Today I’m def a little more tender and it hurts trying to sit up, so I’m taking it reeeal easy.☺️

Hi my loves!
I’m out of surgery! And I took a long and glorious 4 hour nap and feel SO MUCH BETTER. Surgery went well. I got to the surgery center at 7, went into the OR at 830am and came to around 940 and took about another hour to fully wake up. Now I’m at my friends’ house chilling in their recliner next to their Christmas tree and watching The Queen’s Gambit.🤗 It’s been a good day!

My boobs right now are high and hard and eventually they will drop and get soft. I’m flying to AZ right now to get ready for my breast surgery tomorrow!
I’ve gotten so many amazing and kind and supportive messages about my surgery and so many messages from fans saying my boobs are perfect, which means so much to me!!
I do love my boobs.☺️
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with them. I just prefer them a little bigger 🤗
And I share that because if we think something has to be wrong, bad or broken before we can replace, upgrade, or improve it, then we will either create something wrong/bad/or broken to give ourselves the excuse and permission we need to get what we really want... or we’ll hang onto something long after we should, when the right decision for you was to release that thing long ago.
For example, if you feel like your marriage or relationship is no longer aligned, instead of admitting that to yourself and eventually to your partner and having the hard discussions around releasing each other... you might end up (subconsciously) creating huge fights or having an affair, which then blows up your relationship, and finally gives you an “out”. When that wasn’t ever necessary!
Or say you want to get a new laptop, but you have a laptop that works just fine. Instead of just allowing yourself to get a new laptop, you stay stuck with one that you don’t actually want anymore or you might accidentally (subconsciously) spill coffee on it or drop it just to have an excuse to get a new one. When the answer all along is: it’s safe to want a new one! It’s okay to want something nicer! You’re allowed to upgrade! No sob story required.❤️
You don’t have to hate your house to buy a bigger one. Just like you don’t have to hate your shoes to get a new pair. You can let yourself have it simply because you want it.❤️
So take time to check and see if there’s a desire within you for wanting something different, better or more of, and see if you can let yourself have it without creating a story or situation of something or someone being bad, wrong, or broken.
Don’t over-complicate it, and you’ll save yourself (and others) a whole lotta stress, frustration, and fatigue, and you’ll get more of what you want even sooner.

You guyss... I had my pre-op today for my new boobies!!!😍 (which basically just means I had a mammogram to get the all clear before surgery next month😊).
Here’s the thing.
I love my boobies.
They’re cute and precious and have been with me through it all. (they breastfed my three kiddos for a total of 8 yrs! They are fucking troopers!)
I also miss my pre-mommy boobies😄
I miss when they were full and perkier and just delicious handfuls😍 so I’m having a boob job next month to return them to how they used to be before I had kiddos!
I’m excited and a little nervous - which is how I always feel before doing something new.😊
It’s a bit vulnerable to share that here because my body is obviously a big reason you’re all here. So hopefully those of you who love my current boobies will adjust to my new boobies🤗
