I want to talk about it.β¬οΈ
I am often asked what sexual liberation means to me, and although several answers come through and could ultimately fit, I am brought deeper into sexual collective shame.
When we become aware of it, gather the tools and do the work to move through it, we βreclaimβ our sexuality.
Meaning it gets to be guided by us, our heart, our intuition, our bodyβ¦rather than by belief systems, dogmas, and experiences that may have been formed and are continuing to be formed over the years.
Is there one correct way to begin this process? No, there are plenty of pathways. We have PLENTY of choices.
But I want to encourage one in particular. It doesnβt involve years of trauma therapy, psychedelics, or denouncing the life we know now entirelyβ¦although it totally could, and to each their own.
But let me simplify: Deepening our own intuition.
The part of us that lives beyond the conscious mind, and even beyond the impulses of the body.
The part of us that cannot truly be intoxicated by the external.
The part of us that simply, knows.
And thatβs how we can understand the shame was never ours. And we donβt have to carry it forever. And what we receive through our channel from Source gets to be what guides our sexuality, and oh how liberating that is.
Thatβs self-love.
Tapping into my intuition, before anything else, begins by eliminating the noise and outside energies so we can truly hear ourselves and feel ourselves.
I do this through nature. Solitude in nature that cleanses the aura and is not mixed with the energy of the collective.
And the more I do it, the more I come to know and to feel myself, my relationship with my sexuality, and my messages from Spirit.
Sometimes it can be this simple.
Maybe not always easy, but simple.
Liberation. Love. And expansion.Iβm
