2024-11-23 13:04:09 +0000 UTC View PostThe week is more than half way over and i’m almost done with my goals so I wanted to give you guys a quick update and share my list. 🥰 so far i have completing 3 strength sessions upper and lower body, complete 150 minutes of cardio, incorporate yoga into my routine at least 3 times, drinking 2-3 liters of water everyday and getting at least 7-8 hours of proper sleep every night!! I’d love to know what your goals were.

You can start lying flat on your back
🚴🏻♀️1. Bicycles for 30 seconds
Start by lying on your back with your hands behind your head. Bring your knees in toward your chest, and then alternate extending your legs as you twist your torso bringing your opposite elbow to your opposite knee like you’re pedaling a bike. Go as fast as you can while keeping your core tight! Let’s go!
🔥2. Leg Raises for 30 seconds
Keep those abs engaged and extend your legs straight out. Slowly raise them towards the ceiling and lower them back down without letting them touch the floor. Feel the burn in your lower abs!
💥3. Bicycles 30 seconds
Yep, we’re coming back to those bicycles! twist, pedal, and keep your core super tight.
🏊🏻♀️4. Flutter Kicks for 30 seconds
Extend your legs straight out again and alternate small kicks up and down like you’re swimming. This one really works those lower abs!!! 🏊♀️
🚴🏻♀️5. Bicycles for 30 seconds
bicycles push so through almost done with the bicycles😫 Twist and pedal making sure to keep up your pace
💪🏼6. Plank Hold for 30 seconds
Flip over into a plank position. Keep your body in a straight line and engage your core. hold for the last 30 seconds ⏰
🚴🏻♀️7. Bicycles for 30 seconds
To finish it off last set of bicycles go all out!! 😝💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼You’re done after this.

💪🏼1.Set a schedule: Treat your workouts like appointments you should try scheduling them at the same time each day. Consistency is key to building your habits!
💪🏼2.Create a space: Designating a specific area in your home for exercising can honestly help you stay more focused and make it easier for you to workout on on your own.
💪🏼3.Start small: Begin with short workouts and gradually increase the intensity. Small wins sometimes leads to bigger results and helps with your consistency and your progression as well.
💪🏼4.Mixing it up: Don’t be shy every now and then mix things up for yourself!! and keep them interesting by varying your routine so you feel more excitement! Even doing workout challenges every now and then can help!!
💪🏼5.Use accountability: Share your goals with a friend or your family member to help your self stay on top of things and hold yourself accountable!! 🥰

Sadly… no sweating doesn’t equal fat loss but to clear that up… Fat loss comes down to consistent effort, of course having proper nutrition, and strength training. Sweating is your body’s way of cooling down. not necessarily an indicator of fat burning or calorie burning. Fat loss occurs when you create a calorie deficit which depends on how activity you are, your diet, and metabolism, not just how much you sweat. 😅
A little tip just incase you want your body to feel lighter and more fluid, or just improving your posture, to preventing injuries… your flexibility is SO important and like in my photo achieving an over split is not easy but if you have dedication and the right mindset it is totally possible at any age! 🔥🙏🏼🤸🏻♀️

Mainly for your stability and core strength. Always make sure you start with a lighter weight before you know how much you can progress but push yourself try this if you need a little improvement with your balance or stability this is a great one and it’s NOT as easy as it looks haha 🤣 my legs may have been shaking when I first got into these exercises but consistency is key and you can only get stronger!😇
